Notice 1: Please note that Iplex Pipelines Australia Pty Ltd has appointed Fraser Hopkins as its Company Representative, authorised to send and receive notices in accordance with the Industry Response documents. Fraser can be contacted via email at WAIRRep@iplex.com.au.

Notice 2: Please note that Iplex Pipelines Australia Pty Ltd has appointed Sedgwick Australia Pty Limited as the Claims Manager in accordance with the Industry Response documents. Sedgwick will work closely with all Participating Builders to provide access and training to their claims management system and the Repair Leak and Damage Procedure.

3rd March 2024

Notice 3: Iplex Pipelines Australia Pty Ltd gives notice that it has appointed Wayne Dixon as its Company Representative, for the purpose of the Industry Response documents.  Wayne’s appointment will take effect from 18 March 2025. Wayne can be contacted via email at WAIRRep@iplex.com.au.

Notice 4: Iplex Pipelines Australia Pty Ltd gives notice that it has appointed Angela Masson as its Company Representative for the purpose of the Industry Response documents.  Angela's appointment will take immediate effect.  Angela can be contacted via email at WAIRRep@iplex.com.au
